Todd Elbrink brought his car in for some small upgrades like brakes and some other small things. We were not happy with how the car was running and decided with Todd to diagnose the issues then re dyno tune the car as this car was built and tuned by a different shop. Found an inop air regulator that was not even hooked up, powder coated throttle bodies that would not seal properly and missing hardware, and the wrong base file uploaded onto the Nistune board that was causing issues that the tuner was trying to tune around. We ended up fixing the issues and bringing the power level up at the same boost level as before and coming online sooner. Thank you Todd for trusting us with your beautiful car and glad we got everything sorted out.

Welcome to the 800hp club. Richard Venner and his son Robert Venner sent us their car all the way from Oregon to get the ZShack build. We have gotten very familiar with pumping the exact recipe out on multiple cars are are very happy with the results. Details are fully built ZShack longblock with JWT 400+ cams only in the heads. Bde top feed 1300x injectors, BDE R35 coilpacks, Haltech ELite 2500 using the pro harness for Wiring Specialties. GTX Gen2 2860's with all breather mods. on pump gas the car makes 546hp and 492tq at 17ish psi. Switching over to E85 the car becomes a monster, making 806hp and 765tq at 30psi falling of to around 27.

UPGRADES!
While we were the first tuners to run a state of the art knock monitoring system on the z32 platform, the original Plex V2 system has become dated and worn. We just upgraded to the new Plex V3 knock monitoring system! It is the most advanced knock detection system available for tuners! The v2 system was already excellent, but the v3 is even better! I look forward to tuning with it from here on out!

We have a full ZShack build here for Jose Hernandez. Starting with the engine build a full ZShack longblock with the only head work being JWT 400+ cams. BDE top feed 1300cc injector setup, and GTX Gen 2 2860 turbos. ECU is Haltech Elite 2500 w Wiring Specialties Pro harness, R35 coilpacks and the UC-10 Haltech 10" dash display. Car makes 551hp and 518tq at 20 psi on pump 93 and then on e85 it makes 770hp and 752 tq at 29 psi.

All the way from Fargo, North Dakota we have Steven Cossette's originally fully built Stillen 300ZX. While the Stillen mods were nice and the car had pretty much everything from the catalog on it, more power was needed. So we went with a fully built ZShack engine, Haltech Elite 2500 featuring the Wiring Specialties PRO harness for install. Z1 GTX gen2 2860 turbos, BDE top feed kit with 1300cc injectors. We ended up at 770hp and 740tq at 32psi dropping off at the top. This was on e85. Congrats Steve I know you are gonna be having a blast with this when the weather is nice up there.

All the way from California we have Travis Amirault. This car has a fully built ZShack engine with the only head mods being JWT 500 cams. Turbos are GTX Gen2 2860 with 3" exhaust and 2.5" intercoolers and piping. The Haltech Elite 2500 is handling the tuning with top feed injectors. Car makes 542hp and 480tq on pump gas 91. On e85 she gets rowdy and make 775hp and 725tq at 33psi.

Storm update

Last night we had a severe storm come through our area. We had a lot of rain and high winds that took out power poles and cell phone towers. ZShack is currently without electricity and therefore our phones do not work. If you have tried to reach us, this is why you haven’t been successful.
Cell phones are not working well either at this time.
We will likely be without power into next week as crews work to restore power to the area.

We did not incur any damage to our shop or our customera cars. Rick and I managed to secure things and cover cars before the storm hit.

All the way from NYC comes Saif Mohamed's car for dyno tuning with us. This car has a fully built ZShack engine with GTX gen 2 2867s, Haltech Elite 2000, 3" exhaust, 2.5" intercoolers and piping, T56 transmission. On pump gas the car makes 733hp and 685tq at 30 psi. On e85 we were only able to get the turbos to get up to 32 psi but it makes 865hp and 793tq.

Cody Dixon brought his car to us from Louisiana for dyno tuning. We finished it up with another beautiful chart. Mods are ZShack built engine, stock heads, GT2860rs turbos, AUS 1000cc injectors, Nistune feature pack. On E85 we finished at 682hp and 665tq at 30 psi. Dyno chart posted below
