Mike Staley the owner thought it could be a s simple as a bad wheel speed sensor causing it. They diagnosed and repaired the car in 2 days, and it was exactly what Mike thought it was.

The repair was less expensive and quicker than I expected, it doesn't get much better than that when it comes to car repair!

"Mike Staley is such a great guy besides being a VW/Audi whisperer. An APR Stage 3+ 1.8 turbo VW Golf that he tuned two decades earlier recently needed a new turbo -- and the car resides in Connecticut now. The specific Garrett 2871 needed for the tune was not readily available, but Mike was confident he could get the turbo rebuilt properly and create new oil and coolant lines plus source proper gaskets and bolts. The dead turbo and APR exhaust manifold were shipped to BARtuning -- and damaged somewhat more in transit -- but Mike clearly knows and loves what he's doing. He sent back a work of art and the 22-year-old Indigo Golf is running like a rocket once again. Huge thanks to Mike and BARtuning (and a shoutout to friend Alec Wolk, the original car owner who still maintains an interest from afar after all these years). True car people. Anyone who lives near Houston is lucky to have a shop like this to keep their European cars running properly, whether stock or heavily modified. Huge thanks!"

After 3-4 attempts by Every Audi dealership in Houston with no success, Mike was able to diagnosis my driveline vibration. My vehicle is a 2017 with less than 5000 miles!! Thank you so much for your expertise and excellent service.
