The New Zealand Builder Plate. Marsden Marine Services can now inspect, certify and plate vessels for compliance with ABP Standards. This service is available to OEMs supplying new vessels, vessel importers and NZ legacy non plated vessels. Vessels are tested in accordance with ABP requirements including ISO and ABYC Standards. HIN numbers will be provided to vessels utilising our own unique MIC code. Vessels will be recorded on our own client database as well as the Australian vessel database administered by BIAWA.

Fantastic visit to The Australian Maritime College of Tasmania to look at the BSc Ocean Seafaring course. The AMC have some state of the art facilities and an excellent cohort of staff. We didn’t manage to crash the tug or supertanker in the simulator!
