🛑 IMPORTANT BUSINESS UPDATE regarding our payment policy 🛑
As a local small business, we take a lot of pride in keeping our community safely on the road. We have always tried to be as flexible and helpful as possible, but unfortunately, we are having to make a strict change to how we operate.
Recently, we have spent an increasing amount of our time chasing down unpaid invoices, following up on broken payment plans, and acting as debt collectors. Not only does this heavily impact our cash flow as a small business, but it also takes our time and energy away from what we actually do best—fixing your vehicles.
Because of this, we are implementing a new policy:
Effective immediately, ALL invoices must be paid in FULL before any vehicle is released back to the customer.
We will no longer be offering payment plans, IOUs, or "pay you on Friday" arrangements under any circumstances.
To the vast majority of our incredible, loyal customers who always settle their bills promptly—thank you! We appreciate your continued support and understanding as we make this change to protect our business. 🤝
