So far this week has been extremely busy, had a Seat Ateca in for a battery and alternator. A VW Golf for a brake vacuum pressure issue, the Audi A1 was taken for a mot and the new owner collected it last night. A Audi A3 in for a full service, the Audi TT has had the front end stripped off to replace the aircon condenser and both powdercoated Audi A4 subframes have had new bushes fitted.

Had a Audi A5 in on Friday for heater flap issues, the dash was removed to gain access. This morning it was put back together now it all works correctly. Then had a Audi TT VR6 for a load of little jobs, that will be carried on into tomorrow.

Audi TT in for some diagnostics before its full day on Friday of work. Then a Audi A5 in for heater flap issues, just a long job trying to figure out which flap is causing the issues.
Fitted a pair of Pioneer subwoofers into a custom spare wheel well box ready for a upcoming audio install. Then had a hour on the Audi A4 DTM engine, new genuine Audi oil spray jets fitted, new bottom end bearings with the replacement used crank, new genuine Audi bottom end bolts.

Steady Monday started with a Skoda Roomster in for a stereo fit including a reverse camera. Started to reassemble the dtm engine but discovered one of the oil spray jets was faulty so ordered a new genuine Audi set. Then a Audi TT in for a replacement airbag cover in alcantara and the alloy trim on the wheel replaced with a black version.

Yesterday we had a Audi A4 in for a replacement radiator, and a few other little repairs. Took the head off the A4 DTM for skimming and a pair of A4 subframes for powdercoating. Today we had a VW Golf in for a pair of front wheel bearings, then onto a Audi TT for a clutch and flywheel replacement. Got it all stripped and swapped over ready for reassembly tomorrow. Collected the DTM head after its been skimmed and gave the block a quick paint.

Audi A4 B9 in for a egr cooler swap today and it soon became obvious how big a job it is. So much at the rear of the engine bay needs removing to get the cooler from under the turbo on the drivers side of the engine. Got most of it built back up today and will finish it off in the morning. Also had a A6 in for a drivers side door mirror replacement and a A4 in for a aircon pressure sensor.
