Looking back to where it all began in 2005, it’s amazing to see how far we’ve come.

Over the last 21 years, we’ve had the privilege of supplying businesses across the UK, building long-lasting relationships with our customers, suppliers and partners, and growing a fantastic team.

While we’re incredibly proud of everything we’ve achieved over the past 21 years, we know we can’t stand still for long. That’s why we’re always looking for ways to serve our customers better.

With our move to a larger premises in Crewe and the launch of our brand-new website, this year has marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter, and we’re confident the best is yet to come.

🕓 Launch day is almost here!

Tomorrow, we’ll be launching the brand-new VI Distribution website.

To complete the switch, our current website will be placed into maintenance mode from 9:00am. We’ll then carry out our final checks before launching the new website at approximately 11:00am.

A few things you need to know:

✅ Log in using your existing email address and password.
✅ Your order history, saved delivery addresses and favourites will all be transferred across.
✅ If you need any help, our team will be on hand throughout the day.

⏳ It’s almost time!

Over the last few years, we’ve been planning, building and testing a new website, and we’re almost ready to share it with you.

Designed to deliver a better online experience for our customers, the new site has been built to make it easier to find the products you need and manage your account online.

We’re now in the final stages of testing and are pleased to confirm that the new website will launch on 1st July 2026.

To help ensure a smooth move to our new premises, this Friday (12th June), the cut-off for next business day delivery will be 12pm.

All you need to know:

✅ Order by 12pm Friday for delivery on Monday
⚠️ Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be delivered on Tuesday

Normal delivery schedules and cut-off times will resume on Monday.
