We recently had the pleasure of supporting StructureCare ’s UK Safety Day 2026.

The day brought the StructureCare team together to learn and discuss the shared responsibility of creating safer places to work.

As part of the programme, we were pleased to be involved in a workshop discussing the products we supply, the importance of responsible sourcing, and how these contribute to a safe and reliable supply chain.

The session also included an overview of the LEO CARES programme, highlighting Workwear’s commitment to reducing environmental impact, extending product life cycles and supporting community initiatives. We also showcased the ECOVIZ range, which uses recycled polyester made from PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) bottles.

We were joined by Paul Manning from BSIF, who shared valuable insight into the importance of product quality, regulatory compliance and best practice across the supply chain.

A big thank you to StructureCare for inviting us to be part of the day, and to everyone who attended the session.

🚚 Getting to site is one thing. Finding the right entrance is another.

On busy sites, a postcode will often only get a driver so far.

That’s why our website includes fields for what3words, site contact details and delivery notes when placing an order.

If you’re ordering to a construction site, new-build development or larger industrial location, adding a few extra details can make a real difference to how smoothly your delivery arrives.

Useful details include:

✅ The correct gate or entrance
✅ Site name or main contractor
✅ Site contact name and mobile number
✅ Delivery restrictions or opening times

Any directions that will help the driver find the right place

A postcode can cover a wide area, especially on active or newly developed sites. Adding a what3words location and clear delivery notes helps us get your order to the right place first time.

After recently becoming a member of British Safety Industry Federation (BSIF), it’s great to see members of our team completing the BSIF Safe Supply Course and Qualification.

This marks the start of a wider project for VI, building on our roots as a trusted PPE supplier as we continue to strengthen our safety equipment offer.

Our Corrugated Rollers were recently used to give St Philip’s Church in Hassall Green, better known locally as The Pink Church, a fresh coat of paint.

It’s always great to see our products in use, especially on a building so many people know.

It's been a busy couple of months 😅

With the move to our new premises and the launch of our new website, there's been a lot going on recently, but we’re finally feeling settled in and properly at home in our new base in Crewe.
