Hovercraft surveying in the Emerald Isle.

For the last week, a part of the BHC group has been conducting environmental surveys on seagrass growth.
These invaluable surveys provide a huge insight into marine life and how we can help protect it for the future.
Two of our pilots have been enjoying the spectacular views of the beautiful loughs that island have to offer.

On 19th June BHC had the pleasure of mudlarking with the great guys from “All The Gear”

Along with Si-finds Thames Mudlark https://www.youtube.com/, Ethan, and Jake we had a fun time trying to get some luck in the muck

The guys even found some dog tags belonging to a sailor born in 1895!
Maybe you could help trace his ancestors, so we could return them to his family.

📢 Event Cancellation Notice

Unfortunately, the Hover-In event at Weston-super-Mare, scheduled for 27th June, has been cancelled.

This decision is due solely to insufficient participant numbers, which means the event is not viable to proceed.

We would like to emphasise that this cancellation is through no fault of the British Hovercraft Company, who have been fully supportive throughout the planning process.

We apologise for any disappointment caused and thank everyone who expressed an interest in attending. We hope to bring future Hover-In events to the area when circumstances allow.

Two Fire & Rescue hovercraft at BHC…

Our AVON FAS craft is back here for scheduled servicing, and the new Canada Tidal-Pro DRC is nearly complete, while several other new hovercraft are progressing through various stages of the build process.

With craft currently being prepared for delivery to Chile, South Africa, Dubai, Iraq, and Canada, it's another reminder of the worldwide demand for British-built hovercraft. 🌍
