$11/hr base + $4.50/hr. bonus potential + appointment-to-sold commissions!
TrailersPlus is the largest factory-owned trailer dealership in the United States with 69 stores and growing! We also manufacture and sell Interstate trailers, which are the highest quality, most beloved cargo trailers in the world. Interstate trailers are built at one of our own plant locations in Idaho, Arizona, Arkansas, and Virginia with 90% of trailer weight sourced from the USA. Even our Dexter brand axles echo the value of being locally sourced with 85% of everything that goes into them being American-made.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about customer service and capable of fluently communicating with and meeting the demands of our valued Spanish and English speaking customers.
The schedule for this position is 10:00 am to 7:00pm, Monday - Friday with a rotating Saturday.
What you will get to do:
-You will get to be the first voice our customers hear when calling TrailersPlus
-Work within a great team, taking customer calls, assisting both Spanish and English speaking customers with selecting the right trailers, parts or services
-Carefully listen, verify, collect and enter information into our customer relationship system (CRM)
We’d love to introduce you to the team if you:
-Are bilingual in Spanish and English
-Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
-Are friendly, professional, enthusiastic and you communicate in that way
-Are capable of keyboarding/typing and utilizing a computer
-Enjoy multitasking and show a strong attention to detail
-Contribute and work effectively in a close-knit and accountable team environment
-Have a year or more of call center experience and/or experience working within a customer relationship system (preferred, not required)
