A home purchase is generally the largest single purchase a family makes. You want to be sure you've selected the right floor plan, a well- constructed and affordable home. You want to feel comfortable that the manufacturer has a commitment to quality and stands

behind their product. However, in the end the floor plan, home model and manufacturer are only as good as the company you purchased it from. United Family Homes is locally owned and operated by Calvin and Judy Berg. Calvin manages the business and is at the office every day. Judy decorates the homes and keeps things neat and tidy at the office. Son, Corwin Berg, acts as sales manager orders all the homes and helps customers in the decision-making process. You may even see the grandkids at the sales center from time to time. There are a couple of new editions added to the office Brent Stewart in sales and Amanda Soares over service. There is no out- of- state corporate head making decisions in the operations of the business should an issue arise, it's resolved locally. Calvin and Corwin's experience goes way beyond selling homes. They have an extensive background in building foundations, installing homes and most- other construction related jobs. Because of their background in manufactured and modular homes, they are a great resource for a home buyer when it comes to selecting contractors to make their site improvements. Upon request, they will visit your site and conduct an inspection. An inspection may consist of making sure the site is adequate for a home. It may also include checking for obstacles that might interfere with delivery and installation. There may be any number of reasons you would want a site inspection. It's better to be safe than sorry.
