This is a tungsten welding electrode angle grinder.
It's a nifty little thing that puts a very specific angle on a tig welding tungsten. This angle has a significant affect on several aspects of the weld.

Fun fact! 🤓📖 Different material are added to tungsten electrodes that make them each function differently. A good one for welding chromoly is thoriated, meaning it contains thorium oxide, which is weakly radioactive. 😳☢️ 😷
