Ten years looks pretty colorful from here. 🌈🎈 Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday to celebrate a decade of Be More Colorful! It was a lot of fun to spend the day with friends, partners, clients, community members, and so many of the people who have played a part in our story.

When Be More Colorful started in 2016, we couldn’t have known exactly where the next ten years would take us. Along the way came CareerViewxr, partnerships across the country, plenty of learning, and a lot of great people willing to collaborate with our team.

We're so pleased that we got to recognize a few of those people and organizations during our event, including Mike Halvorson & Buffalo River Pumpkin Patch, Joe Raso & Greater Fargo Moorhead Economic Development Corporation, Patrick Kirby & Do Good Better Consulting, Lisa Karch & North Dakota State College of Science, Brenda Wyland & NDeavor Barry D. Batcheller Tech Park, and many more reflected through our door prizes. We also recognized local student Pluto P. with a $8,500 scholarship that can be matched by the ND Career Builders program.

We recently visited local Buffalo Wild Wings locations to capture the professionals behind the wings! 🦬🪽

LaHaise Management, franchise owners of select BWW locations in ND, SD, & MN, opened their doors in support of Bismarck State College's XR for VR program. The content produced will give a behind-the-scenes look at the careers found within their restaurants and the supports they offer to set people of all abilities up for success.

We’re headed to Washington, D.C.! 🎤 CareerViewXR CEO and Co-Founder Matthew Chaussee will be speaking at the 6th Annual Augmented and Virtual Reality Policy Conference on September 24th. Learn more & register: https://www.arvrpolicy.org/

Hosted by the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation (ITIF) and the XR Association (XRA), the conference brings together leaders to dig into some of the big questions surrounding immersive technology, including its role in education, workforce development, accessibility, and more. Through CareerViewXR, we’ve seen firsthand how immersive reality can be leveraged for career exploration with students and adult career seekers; Matt looks forward to sharing what we've learned along the way!
