We are seeking a Workshop Maintenance Manager/Groomer. We are looking for someone that can coordinate and carry out maintenance, cleaning and repairs to the workshops and vehicles.

• Varied building maintenance experience.

Key responsibilities:
• Responding and providing resolution to all planned and unplanned maintenance issues (i.e. Defective or broken equipment, loan car issues, etc) in an efficient and timely manner.
• General maintenance including painting, cleaning, service of loan cars, customer pick up and drop offs, general maintenance and service level checks as required.
• Planned maintenance managing all subcontractors ensuring all work is carried out to an acceptable standard.
• A trade background would be advantageous.
• Driving and parking vehicles. Moving larger vehicles (i.e. Motorhomes and Caravans).
• Cleaning of customer vehicles once repairs are complete.
• Delivery of vehicles to sub-contractors.
Must have:
• Be fit & healthy as is a very physical job.
• A desire to achieve.
• An eye for detail.
• The ability to work under pressure in all weather conditions.
• To be a team player and fit with a busy, motivated team.
• A strong work ethic.
• Have a current clean full NZ license.
• Be a confident driver of both manual and automatic vehicles.
