Onsite Services Napier is seeking a customer service extraordinaire to join our team in Pandora, Napier!

What we’re looking for:
* Certificate in Business Administration and Technology Level 3 or higher but not limited to
* Experience in Business Administration or the Automotive Industry is a bonus
* Exceptional Communication and passionate Customer Service Skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly and in a professional manner
* Excellent computer literacy and accurate data entry (Microsoft Office products and database systems)
* Efficient and organised individual with the ability to multitask duties within a workshop environment
* Collaborative Problem-Solver who is reliable, punctual, professional, and has a strong attention to detail and willing to learn.
* A current Full New Zealand Drivers License to assist with vehicle movements, customer service and orders.
* NZ Citizen or Residents only.

Congratulations to Nigel King, ESCC Hillclimb Champion, 2nd Class E Wyndham rally (13th Overall) and ESCC Class D Champion for 2025!

Nigel made the jump to Zestino last year and was impressed with their durability and grip from day 1. Meet Logan!

Our dedicated and passionate Managing Director.
Having worked on everything at both dealerships and local automotive workshops from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics and repairs, Logan brings 14 year’s experience and a deep knowledge of Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo & BMW vehicle brands, diagnostics, repairs, systems and technology to the team.

His passion for the automotive industry, staying up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies, combined with a desire to drive change, fuels his commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction—at a fraction of the cost you’d expect to pay at a dealership make him a key asset.

He’s a versatile individual and a dab hand at home renovation, often working on his family’s approximately 120-year-old villa. When he’s not on the tools, he’s immersed in all things motorsport—from motorbike trail rides and local car club events to cruising the open or rugged roads on two or four wheels. He also enjoys sim racing and keeping up with the latest in both professional and amateur motorsport scenes.

What makes all his hard work truly worthwhile is the joy of sharing it with his wife and their young family and with that a good barista made coffee hits the spot differently these days. ☕️

Meet Rex!

One of our valued Senior Automotive Technicians. He has a National Certificate in Motor Industry, Automotive Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and a NZTA Warrant of Fitness Assessing Certificate. He also graduated from a Diploma in Business and holds many other credentials specific to the industry.

During his apprenticeship, he was awarded the Overall Best Apprentice in Hawke’s Bay in the Motor Industry 2016, and Best Apprentice in Hawke’s Bay in the Motor Industry 2015 to which he is very proud of these achievements and takes his craft seriously.

Outside of work, Rex enjoys his involvement with the Bay Independent Hockey Club of nearly 20 years, spending time with his family mucking in at their collective organic garden along with his wife, 2 young children and their dog.

He brings positive energy and a can-do attitude to everything he does. So next time you’re in, call in to say hello and maybe have a sing-a-long with him.

She has been part of the Onsite Services team for over 4 years and her background in automotive, transportation and hospitality help her to deliver outstanding customer service every time.

When she’s not helping you out, she is spending time with her husband and three beloved fur babies, indulging her creative side with art, or enjoying some fishing and jigsaw puzzles. She is passionate about helping people, loves all animals, and enjoys exploring new places.
