TIG welded and backpurged to your exact specifications 👨‍🏭

This Audi 80 was crying out for a replacement of the rusty original system. The owner asked for a nice tone without adding too much volume for everyday cruising. This 2.25" 3-box system has done the trick 👌

Who wants the first NH Restoration Mk2 exhaust then? 🤔

Fresh valance in on top of those rebuilt corners 👨‍🏭

I had to bring the valance join higher than usual to allow for a repair to the boot floor.

Spot welded onto the repaired floor and TIG welded on the joint above to ensure it's nice and straight 📏😎

If you're in doubt if yours is needing some attention, just give the towing eye a good shame. If it comes off in your hand, that's a good clue 🫣

Uprated Mk2 Golf starter motors! ⚙️

Following the interest in these motors on my last post, I'm producing a small batch - these will be £189 + p&p

- torque multiplying planetary gear set for faster and stronger starts
- plug and play factory electrical terminals incl. K-jet cold start
- no brass bell housing bushing required, a common failure point

The main reason I found this solution was to solve a problem with my own car 'kicking back' starters on hot starts due to the advanced ignition timing I run. These starters are fast and strong enough to overcome the kick back on my 2.0L 16v running 8°BTDC base timing.

It's been a night and day difference on hot starts!
