Performance 3000, winners of the IGA small garage of the year UK 2023, are looking for a customer service advisor to join our small friendly team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is driven to meet our expected standards and maintain our unmatched reputation over the last 20 years.

You should have a positive attitude and enjoy communicating with a range of people from suppliers, fleet companies and to our private and account customers too. You must also have a passion for delivering great customer service.

An ideal candidate would have as follows:

Have at least 5 year’s experience (Workshop or front of house)
Be used to Epyx 1 Link Program (Advantageous not essential)

Salary up to £40k depending on experience plus pension and other benefits.
This is a full-time position working 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Hours can be negotiable for the right candidate.

Performance 3000, winners of the IGA small garage of the year UK 2023, are looking for a fully qualified technician to join our small friendly team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is driven to meet our expected standards and maintain our unmatched reputation over the last 20 years.
The job role includes; carrying out vehicle safety inspections, service and repairs to commercial vans (up to 5 tons) as well as minibuses and some cars. We currently specialise in Peugeot, Citroen and Ford vehicles and are continuingly looking at growing and specialising in other manufactures in time. We offer dealer level facilities using genuine dealer equipment for updates and programming and offer access to specialist tools, manufacture information and data to help you with your role.
We want to help aid an individual’s career path within Performance 3000 by offering additional training in areas such as Exhaust Manufacturing, Class 4, 5 & 7 MOT Testing, Loler inspector engineering, technical training direct from vehicle manufactures and also technical and diagnostic training from Tech Topics.
An ideal candidate would have as follows:
Be NVQ level 3 or Equivalent qualified
Have Commercial Vehicle Experience (Advantageous not essential)
Be an MOT Tester Class 4,5 and 7 (Advantageous not essential)
Be able to mig and or tig weld, (Advantageous not essential)
Be Loler Inspecter qualified (Advantageous not essential)
Be a Diagnostic Technician (Advantageous not essential)
Have Peugeot or Citroen or Ford manufactures experience (Advantageous not essential)
Salary up to £44k depending on experience plus pension and other benefits.

Here at Performance 3000 we are a multi award winning independent RAC garage based in Yeovil.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our small friendly team and help assist and care for our customers and their vehicles in a front of house service advisor position.

You must have a minimum of 2 year automotive experience, this can be either mechanical experience or customer service/sales experience.

You should have a positive attitude and enjoy communicating with a range of people from suppliers, fleet company’s and our private and account customers. You must also have a passion for delivering great customer service.

We’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily close our garage for the foreseeable future from 5pm on 27.3.2020 until we can reopen in a stable and safe capacity.

The reason for this is to protect the health and safety of all our staff, their families and also all our customers as you’re our number one priority.

TOP GARAGE UK & IRELAND 2019 FINALISTS

We are celebrating once again. Performance 3000 RAC Yeovil were battling it out this weekend for Top Garage of the UK and Ireland 2019.

Unfortunately we didn't win, but with the standard of the competition being so high, its was a massive achievement making the final 5 in the UK.

So again i personally would like to say a massive thank you to all my team, customers, and friends that have supported me and Performance 3000 to become one of UK's top garages.
