Volkswagen Transporter T6. Came in with the heater issue. After undergoing an investigation, we have found that the mixer flap in the heater box, had a plastic rod broken off. Because of this issue, the amount of airflow through the heater matrix couldn't of been altered to change the temperature. This involved removing of the dash to gain access to the heater box.
