Brakes…… pretty important component.

The pad frictional material (the part which is designed to wear) on this vehicle had worn completely away,
all the way down to the metal backing plate, resulting in metal on metal braking, 😖

This In turn not only made braking very poor but destroyed the discs, check out the scoring! 🤦‍♂️

This customer fully admitted that they had a slight noise while braking for a while, but assumed it wasn’t anything to worry about 😐

If you have any brake wear warning messages on the dash, noises, funny shakes or vibrations, or if you feel a sudden change in brake efficiency when braking get them checked.

If caught at the right time, just the pads can be replaced.
And it goes without saying that Replacing just the pads is far less costly than having to replace disc’s and pads.

This customer initially booked in for a full service, because their vehicle was “running funny”and they needed it to be perfect for their trip round Europe next week!

Upon inspection we found 1 of the injectors to be faulty,

At the customers request (and their persostant fear of the others giving up) we fitted and coded a complete set of new Bosch injectors, along with new seals, and new genuine injector stretch bolts!

We also carried out a full service.

They are now good to go on their travels 🇮🇹🇩🇪🇫🇷💶🇪🇺
