If you’ve broken down, the last thing you need is someone telling you to wait two weeks for a booking.

At Broad Lane Land Rovers, if your vehicle needs recovering, just have it brought straight to us — no booking needed.

Whether it is roadside breakdown, or something that’s decided it’s had enough mid-journey, we’ll take it in and assess it as soon as we can. Once it’s here, we’ll get it logged, have a proper look, and keep you updated every step of the way.

We know breakdowns don’t happen at convenient times, so we try to make this part as easy as possible.

If you’re arranging recovery, just let us know it’s on the way 👍

If your vehicle needs recovering during this time please arrange recovery as needed and notify us by email. We’ll pick everything up as soon as we’re back.

Despite the ongoing JLR cyber attack, we’re still cracking on here in the workshop. Our team is able to carry out all servicing and the vast majority of repairs and diagnostic work as normal. ✅

We’ll continue to keep you updated, but for now it’s very much business as usual at Broad Lane Land Rovers.

🔔 Customer Update – JLR Cyber Attack 🔔

As many of you will have seen, Jaguar Land Rover’s central systems are currently down due to a cyber attack. This has impacted parts catalogues, ordering, and estimate generation across the entire dealer and independent network.

👉 Please be aware this may cause delays with estimates and parts supply at Broad Lane Land Rovers.
👉 Our workshop is running as normal, but certain jobs are affected until JLR’s systems are back online.

We’ll continue to keep you informed and update you as soon as normal service is restored.

🚙💻 When life gives you a cyber attack… you keep calm and carry on Land Rovering!

Like many independent garages and dealers, we’ve been hit with the effects of the recent JLR cyber attack, which means parts lookups and estimates are taking us a little longer than usual.

But don’t worry – our ramps are still busy, our tea is still strong, and our love for Land Rovers hasn’t gone anywhere. 🛠️☕️

Thanks for bearing with us while we work around the tech hiccups – and remember, no cyber gremlin can stop a true Landy from getting muddy! 🌧️🛻

Staff were sent home and the company shut down its IT systems in an effort to minimise the damage done.
