Citroen relay 2.0 diesel broke down due to a head gasket failure. We decided to do a full engine rebuild on it. New big end shells, rings, little end shells, head gasket, new head due to old head being completely knackered, new cam-belt & water pump, new turbo, new clutch and new rocker cover.

Not just the little jobs we do the big ones too.

🔧 Another one back on the road!

This Peugeot 2.0 TDCi came into the workshop after the teeth had ripped from the cambelt. Unfortunately, that meant a fair bit more than just replacing the belt.

To get it sorted, we fitted a new cambelt kit along with new hydraulic lifters, rockers and a set of cams.

All repaired, rebuilt and back where it belongs - on the road. 🚗💨

🔧 A big job in the workshop for this Ford Kuga 2.0 TDCi!

This one came to us for a head gasket repair, but once we got into the job, it needed a little more attention than first expected.

We fitted:
🔹 New cylinder head
🔹 New cams
🔹 New hydraulics & rockers
🔹 New timing chain between the cams
🔹 New rocker cover

Unfortunately, a lack of servicing prior to coming to us had taken its toll — a good reminder of just how important regular servicing can be when it comes to preventing costly engine repairs.
