Nice to see a little bit of Retro at the garage.
The Dodge Li’l Red Express is a legendary muscle truck produced in 1978 and 1979. Known as America's first true factory muscle truck, it gained fame as the fastest American-made production vehicle at the time by exploiting emissions loopholes to feature a heavy-duty, high-performance V8 engine with no catalytic converter.Key Features and SpecificationsThe Li'l Red Express was based on the Dodge D150 Utiline (step-side) pickup. Dodge loaded it with unique aesthetic and performance packages that set it apart from typical 1970s work trucks:Engine: A 360 cubic inch (5.9L) "police interceptor" E58 V8, enhanced with a hot camshaft and an 850 cfm Carter Thermoquad 4-barrel carburetor.Power & Performance: 225 horsepower and 340 lb-ft of torque. It could sprint from 0 to 60 mph in roughly 6.7 to 7.8 seconds, making it faster than many sports cars of its era, including the Corvette.Exhaust: Iconic, vertical chrome exhaust stacks right behind the cab, featuring "hemi" mufflers and a true dual-exhaust system.Styling: Bright, eye-catching red paint, gold "Li'l Red Express Truck" decals, 15-inch slotted chrome wheels, and real oak wood trim on the bed rails and tailgate.

🚗🔧

We don’t judge here at the garage…
…but we do have questions 👀

Like… how did your brake pads disappear completely?
Sir, that’s not wear and tear… that’s a disappearing act 🎩✨

And who taught your engine to sound like a kettle about to boil? ☕😂

Don’t worry though — we’ve seen it all, fixed it all, and yes… we’ll pretend we’re not surprised 😅

Pop in before your car starts filing for retirement 🚘💨
