Seconds from tragedy 💥

This F30 320d came in with a noisy timing chain and engine management light. It wasn’t until we stripped it down that the true extent of the wear became clear — the timing chain had stretched significantly (swipe to see the photos) 😳

A full vehicle health check before work began also uncovered several other issues, allowing everything to be rectified in one visit.

✅ Timing chain replacement using OE IWIS components (all chains, tensioners, guides, sprockets, hardware)
✅ ZF8 transmission service using a genuine .motorsport service kit
✅ Oil & filter service
✅ Remanufactured turbo supplied by
✅ New expansion tank
✅ Genuine hardware & gaskets
✅ Intake breather pipe
✅ DPF clean
✅ Brake fluid replacement
✅ Rear differential oil service
✅ Fresh coolant
