Vw Golf R32 Mk4 V6 3.2 new set of timing chains, guides, tensioners as always with these older cars finding more failed seals and gaskets, waiting on parts

Ford Transit in for high pressure steering rack pipe and union, topped up with fresh fluid ready for collection

Range Rover Evoque in for diagnosis lack of power

Bmw 1M N54 in for auxiliary drive belt, quick job before starting my diary jobs and hour later still not done due to time

Ford Focus St (yes you know what’s coming ) uprated stage 3 ready intercooler with oversized boost pipes which caused problems after problem, then on to swapping front wings with fresh paint, long day on this, booked back in for some new side skirts and Lanoil under body protection

BMW 116d finally got new aux belt fitted this morning, guess what ??? Hour later did same thing

BMW 1M in for new undertrays but find another auxiliary belt failing, parts ordered

Vw Golf R32 Mk 4 on ramp for full set of Bilstein coil overs, Powerflex top mount with new bearings, set of wheel spacers with bolts and Miltec full system but when opened packages found big dent in it so another wait for replacement

BMW X6 4.0d recovered in due to smoking, terrible knocking noise and loss of power and sorry to say after finding bearing material all over the oil filter it’s fatal for this engine

BMW 116d in for engine service and auxiliary tensioner that’s turned a 2 hour job into an all day nightmare, new parts coming in morning

BMW 630i convertible in for new lower arm after failing mot

Seat Leon Cupra R in for new set of 18” wheels looking sick now

Well today was a wasted day, due to 3 of my diagnostic tools failing on me,

BMW 520d that was booked in for a set of gearbox pipes and service couldn’t be collected

BMW 330e in for diagnosis found few small issues

Seat Ibiza abs module/ pump failure

BMW 630i back in tomorrow for diagnosis and maintenance work

Vw Golf R32 stripped transfer box and gearbox
