We had fun repairing this aluminium door on this range rover . After going a few different places for prices this customer came to our selves to price up. He wasn't really wanting to replace the door as other garages had suggested as aluminium is difficult to work with and the crease was sharp down the bottom . We took a look at it and offered to have a go at pdr and gpr pulling to see if we could get the damage out enough to skim up. We got the damage out 95% but unfortunately we did cause a small crack in the aluminium. Not to worry as we have an aluminium mig welder so we buzzed the crack up and metal file'd back smooth. We then skimmed up in an aluminium metal filler. We then painted the door blending in to the adjacent panels to give it back its flawles finish . Best of all saving the customers nearly £2000 on their other quotes

Here is a bumper job we performed on a customer's renault. It came in with poor delamination paint all over from a previous repair done elsewhere. Our process is to remove and strip the bumper and remove all defective paint and starting again using a solid foundation to make sure there isn't any problems in the future . We have then done all repairs required and then fully primed the bumper in the appropriate shade of primer with adhesion promoter and flex additive to help with bumper flex. We have got the paint code off the car and checked with the shades avalible . Unfortunately none were good enough for us . We used our spectro to photo the colour and modified the best shade of the colour and made it a perfect match to the car and saved the colour on our system . We painted the bumper and clear coated with flex additive. And built back up making the car as good as new -00

New floor pans ,inner and outer sills welded as a start of getting this mk2 golf g60 back to its former glory. After being at an other garage for 2 years to have the welding done. The customer approached our selves asking if we would take the job on as he kept being let down and given excuses why it hadn't been done. We said bring it down and let's see what needs doing. After having a look around and working out the price we got the go ahead. We completed all the welding sealing and painting in 2 weeks (a very hard long 2 weeks) the customer was made up with the work and could now move on with the next phase of the restoration. I am sure it won't be the last time we see this car once other work has been completed

Here's a nice little job. As many people know vw's and audi's do suffer over time with the pesky rust issues on the front wings. This is usual caused from an anti vibration sponge to stop any rattles when new. Down side is they absorb water which hardly ever dry out causing the wings to rot from behind. Caught soon enough we can repair the wing. Unfortunately this one had gone to far so customer had the choice of a genuine wing or an after market wing. He opted for a genuine . We prepped the new wing for primer and paint. We did spray outs of the shades we had options for and went with lighter yellower shade and managed to paint just the wing with a perfect match #565-00

We don't just do the big jobs. Here we have some light Restorations. And look at the difference . Our customer came to us asking if we could polish his headlamps as they are getting foggy due to uv damage to the plastic from the sun and for new lights it would be to high of a price from porsche. Obviously we said yes but it doesn't last and gave him the option of a restoration which will. We flatted all the affected plastic down and gave a fresh coat of clearcoat using adhesion promoter and flex additive to stop any peeling or badly chipping which also has built in uv protection. We did the same process on the 1980s rear lights as they had gone dull and pink.

We had the plesure of giving this beautiful clubman traveler the finish it deserves. It came in as it had been elswhere for paintwork who struggled to match the colour giving it back to the owner multi colored And not the best of finishes 🍊. With discussions with the owner what he was after we opted for a full respray 1 colour again. We used our camera on original un painted part of the car to spectroanalise the colour and imputed the formula on to our paint system a few tweaks and spray out we got the colour saved on our system with a perfect match to original.
