So after the brands weekend we had to get a move on to reshell the car with in 6 weeks. Well we managed to get it done and with Thruxton being the next round it was a good shake down for the new car. Managed to finish 11th and 10th so quite happy with that as I didnt get a chance to test it beforehand.

So after an unfortunate weekend at brands I had to reshell the race car due to the damage being uneconomic to repair. This is the pic of how the car looked after the crash at brands

So my first race meet this year didnt go as well as planned but we will move on to the 2nd meet at Silverstone which went very well. After qualifying we managed to sort out a running issue which from 15 th on the grid got too 11th. 2nd race started 9th and finished 9th. Had some good battles in both races. More tweaking needed to get the car handling how i want it to but much progress made 💪.

So after looking after a mr2 roadster for a season I decided to go buy one and get myself back into racing.
After updating the car with a few new bits and giving it a full geometry set up and service we decided to take it for a test to how it went.
So it was an uneventful day with a faultless car that handles well and seems to go well. Fingers crossed its stays that way for the season ahead.
