Recycling Operative Wanted

We're hiring at our Polegate waste transfer station and looking for someone who wants to make a real difference.

The role: You'll be part of our picking station team, sorting materials on the conveyor and helping us recycle as much as possible. It's hands-on, fast-paced and genuinely important work.

What we're looking for:
- Reliable and ready to get stuck in
- Happy working as part of a friendly, busy team
- Someone who cares about doing the job well

No experience? No problem - we'll train the right person.
