Jaguar XK8 Floor Repair Panels

Our Jaguar XK8/XKR (1996-2005) Floor Pan Repair Panels have been developed and manufactured using a 3D scanned vehicle floor section and replicated using CNC manufactured Press Tools and stamped to shape using a 65 Tonne Press to ensure the correct strength and rigidity within the panel.

Manufactured from electroplated zinc-coated sheet metal. Zintec is a cold-rolled mild steel electromagnetically coated with a thin layer of zinc that provides additional corrosion protection.
