Look closely, It’s not just a spring…

These injectors were barely working and as soon as we stripped all the internals we found the cause.

The O ring seals failed and 3 injectors swallowed chunks of the seal and lodged themselves into the centre of the spring which restricted the flow of fuel!

3 new springs later the injectors were all flowing like new again✅

Wrong seals!

We are seeing a lot of injectors coming in with the incorrect O rings recently.

These EA113 injectors were rebuilt with EA888 fuel rail o rings which are a lot smaller.

We were very surprised they actually sealed and didn’t leak fuel all over a hot engine!

Please make sure you fit the right seals else you could potentially have an engine fire due to a major fuel leak.

2.0 TFSI EA113 Injector repair service.

This Vw MK5 Edition 30 came in to us with misfires after being with other garages that couldn’t find the fault.

Straight away we found air leaks and the injectors were in terrible condition due to filter basket failure.

Any other garage would have had to fit new injectors costing around £1000.

Instead the customer paid an extra £120 to fully recover all 4 injectors which made them work like new again by using our own unique service ‘Advanced Cleaning’.

The Fuel Injector Clinics additional Advanced Cleaning process on TFSI injectors involves a complete strip down and contamination removal of each internal part guarantying the injector is left 100% free of any debris.

1650cc High flow mpi injectors for a 2jz Bmw M2 🏎️🚀

The customer bought these second hand and whilst they were the correct cc rating there was 2 injectors that were down on flow rate. It was a good job he had them tested before fitting them as it could have caused a headache trying to find the misfire.

Jet ski injectors fixed✅

These had very poor spray patterns and cyl 1 flow rate was down.

After a good clean and back purging we managed to recover the injectors and were like new again!

A world first?

New High flow Alfa Romeo Injectors✅

We have been doing some R&D recently with Alfa Romeo 159 JTS 2.2 injectors.

We have managed to make stock OE injectors flow roughly 22% more than stock whilst maintaining the stock spray pattern!

The customer of these injectors has been looking for an upgraded injector due to him hitting the maximum capacity of the stock injectors which is causing a restriction on HP. Unfortunately there are none on the market that are a direct fit and that’s where we stepped in!

We will soon have some more info on these injectors in regards to how much power they are rated for.

Audi R8 V10 GDI injectors in for testing and cleaning as a bit of preventative maintenance.

Preventative maintenance is the best thing for any engine rather than just waiting for things to fail and then replace.

New seals and uprated wire mesh filter baskets fitted. Now the injectors are ready to be installed ✅
