The most common culprit is a loose or worn chain—but don't overlook the sprockets. If the teeth are badly worn, like the one in this photo, the chain simply can't grip properly.

This sprocket has definitely seen better days... with hardly any teeth left, it's well past time for a replacement! 🔧

Regularly checking your chain and sprockets can save you from bigger repairs and it will help keep your bikes gear changes and power delivery smooth.

A huge shout out to our long-standing customer, Matthew, who has once again completed his incredible annual ride to Nordkapp—a journey he's successfully conquered several times before!

It's always a pleasure to welcome Matthew into the workshop, and we're proud that he trusts us and our dedicated Goldwing technician, Ian, to prepare his bike for this demanding adventure each year. From routine servicing to making sure every detail is ready for the miles ahead, we know how important reliability is when you're taking on a trip like this.
