New customer recommended to us with hus very clean Mercedes C63 AMG.

Claimed to have been tuned by 3rd party.
Eml on dash along with faults codes for rear cats.

Was told ecu locked by 3rd party 🙂‍↕️
Well i dont think was locked 😂

Read ecu on bench so all data could be extracted.
Compared software against stock file and found was totally standard and no tuning has been carried out prior.

Not good but yaho lets get to work....

Customer opted for us to actually do tuning this time round lol....

Custimer requested couple additional solutions aswell.

So we applied...

Stage 1 software along with rear cats off , top speed limiter raised and also cold start removed.

Customers now happy with no faults and no eml on dash.
And hus neighbours will be happier now cold start is disabled too hahahaha.

We send customers lots of pics/vids to simply show what we are doing along with piece of mind there actually having it done lol....

Goes very wel for hiw large vehicle is and is soo smooth.

Also took mrs out in it as her new buttler driver lol....

New local customer with mk2 focus ST 225 common issue caused by dash cluster having dry solder joints and the ring if death.

New customer joined Hyper-Tune. And not setup great previously so heres the short story.

Mk6 Fiesta ST150 Turbo With Emu Black Ecu.

Customer was recommended to us from another one

Tuned by 3rd party ( was not cheap bill either )
Customer had car back and just smelt like neat petrol out exhaust and would be very hard to start and sometimes wouldnt even start 😂 drivability was not nicest as best time and engine kept reving up on its own lol....

So we had look and found fair few issues with setup and mapping side of things to.

We found the old dyno report in glove box and thort wed include it as there are some discrepencies in that also 🤔 fuel pressure at 4bar when stock these are 3 bar lol.

Found all the normal stuff in mapping
No boost control
No lambda active
Throttle maps not very clean
Knock protection NONE
Overboost protection NONE
Lambda Gaurd Protection NONE
JUST HAD LOW AND HIGH TEMP PROTECTION.
The list does go on to be frank

So lets start fresh
Emu software and firmware updated.
Our base map applied.
Now we had engine up and running on a good base we found and recified few issues founds.

Our new self exciting 175amp alternator installed due to low battery voltage issues.
Fresh spark plugs.
Wired in and setup 4 button canbus key pad and boost control solenoid.
New wideband lambda sensor due to having a fault.

No fully setup to how customer and ourselves wanted.

New setup on buttons

high and low boost control
Full traction control
Party pops
Flat foot shifting
Boost by gear
Protection startagues setup for.
Knock protection
Overboost protection
Lambda Gaurd Protection
Lambda control active
Coolant low and high temp protection
Stuck throttle protection

Customer be back in future for oil and fuel pressure sensors so can have pressure protection added.

All in all customer is happy and were also happy.

Car made good power considering IATs were arround 39-42 Deg still making great numbers

Stats are below but also in pictures anyway.
Old setup 276hp 301nm.
New setup 331hp 390nm in low boost and 352hp 415nm in high boost lol
