FOR SALE!

1998 Subaru Impreza WRX STi Type-R (2-door coupe) with a full 22B widebody conversion. Powered by a forged 2.5L EJ25 engine producing 420 bhp on a Link G4+ standalone ECU. Running a JDM 6-speed DCCD gearbox, 5×114.3 hub conversion, GDB wide-track setup, and Brembo brakes.

Engine & Power: Powered by a built EJ25 2.5L forged block paired with a Precision Turbo, generating 420 bhp. The engine setup includes an HKS front-mount intercooler, tubular manifold, 3” wrapped decat, and Fujitsubo exhaust system.

Electronics & Fueling: Managed by a Link G4+ standalone ECU utilizing a Link CAN Lambda, Link MAP sensor, and a converted GDB fly-by-wire (FBW) throttle. Fueling is supplied by ASNU injectors fed by a Racing Lines 340 LPH pump, Racing Lines regulator, and a GDB fuel tank swap.

Drivetrain Conversion: Upgraded from the factory 5-speed to a robust JDM 6-speed DCCD gearbox mated to an R180 3.9 rear differential and STI drive shafts.

Chassis & Running Gear: Converted to the stronger 5×114.3 hub setup with GDB wide-track aluminium rear control arms. Handling is controlled via TEIN Type Flex coilovers fitted with the TEIN EDFC system (electronic damping control adjustable from the cabin).

Braking & Wheels: Stopping power is provided by a 4-wheel Brembo brake conversion featuring DBA T2 slotted rotors and Hawk ceramic pads. The car sits on genuine Mitsubishi Evolution X BBS forged 18″ gold alloy wheels, fitted with a set of Pirelli Dragon Sport tyres.
