Webber Motor Company is a busy, well-established, family-run garage, established in 1979, and proud to be one of the largest independent garages in Crawley. We specialise in MOTs, servicing, and diagnostics, with a strong reputation built on trust, quality, and long-standing customer relationships.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester (Class 4, 5 & 7) to join our team.

The Role

Carrying out MOT testing (Class 4, 5 & 7)
Servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
Working efficiently within a busy workshop environment
Supporting the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Vehicle Technician
Valid MOT Tester licence (Class 4, 5 & 7 preferred)
Experience within a garage or workshop environment
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

We normally just get on with the job and let our work speak for itself, but we wanted to ask a small favour from our customers.

Recently we’ve had a few reviews left by people who we genuinely cannot find any record of ever visiting us. Unfortunately, even when we raise this with Google and show evidence of this, these reviews often remain, which is frustrating for a small family run business like ours where reputation means everything.

We’re not a big main dealer chain with a marketing department behind us we’re a local workshop that relies heavily on word of mouth and honest feedback from the people we help every day.
