Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Service Coordinator, based in Gatwick.
The Trainee Service Coordinator will assist in managing service schedules, liaise with clients to address service needs, and coordinate daily workshop operations.
Responsibilities also include ensuring clear communication between team members and maintaining excellent customer service standards while managing day-to-day service coordination tasks.
Full Training will be provided. Hours of work will be Monday-Friday between the hours of 8AM-5PM.
Qualifications
Service Coordination and Operations Management skills
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to interact effectively with teams and customers
Customer Service skills with the ability to address customer needs and provide a high level of satisfaction
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with scheduling software are an advantage
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Previous experience in a customer service or logistics role is beneficial.
All of the above are beneficial but not essential as full training will be given if needed.
