A busy day in the workshop at EcoBuild today with 3 major wet belt jobs completed 🚗🔧

✅ 2 Ford Fiestas
✅ 1 Ford Focus

All received full wet belt replacements, helping prevent the costly engine damage these belts can cause when they begin to deteriorate.

Bank holiday’s over… The weather is scorching and the workshop’s straight back into chaos 🔧👀

Ramps full, yard filling up, phones ringing non-stop — exactly the way we like it 💪

Feels good finally getting properly settled into the new unit and seeing it packed with cars already. From wet belts and engines to servicing and diagnostics, it’s been full throttle since the doors opened.

This one shocked us all, probably the worst belt I’ve seen come off a RUNNING car, how it still ran is nothing short of a miracle🤦🏼‍♂️

Anyways doing what we do best, this car will receive our full wetbelt package & also sorting the horrible floppy gear stick situation these mk8s suffer with, all in a days work for the lads..

Two white Fiestas. Two very different stories 👀

One’s in for a wet belt replacement before it becomes a catastrophic failure 🔧
The other’s already gone past that point… now needing a full engine replacement 💸

Bit of everything in the workshop today 🔧

MK7 Fiesta in for the job everybody dreads — wet belt replacement 👀
Returning MK6 back with us for a sump replacement after previous issues caused damage underneath.
And the MK4 Focus in for a full service to keep it running spot on 💪

That’s the difference between maintenance and repair — one keeps you on the road, the other happens when things get left too long.

Busy day in the new unit, but we wouldn’t have it any other way 🙌

This Focus came in down on power needing turbo work, while the Fiesta’s in having its wet belt sorted before it turns into a full engine rebuild 🔧

The scary part? Both usually start with “it’s only just started doing it.”

That noise, loss of power, hesitation, smoke, rough idle — your car’s always warning you before it gives up completely. Most people just wait too long to listen.
