Customer wants his R56 to make 300+hp, so here we are!
- Supertech 9.5:1 low compression ratio pistons for higher boost applications paired with ZRP connecting rods and King race bearings throughout. Billet block guard to support the open deck. New stem seals and carbon clean throughout the valve-train, valves lapped in. Stainless steel crossover coolant pipe to prevent any leaks in the future.

When you hear the "death rattle", it's very likely that the chain guides had also broken into pieces just like this R53.

Removing the sump lets us clean everything and quickly inspect the rod bearings for any damage caused by oil pressure issues from the blocked pickup. 💦

Can't deny that these quirky little cars are getting old now and the spoilers always seem to throw a fit! 😟

The notorious "BINGING" warning sound won't go away until you either replace the motor or the whole spoiler system... 😩

Our solution? Lower the spoiler manually and code it out! 💻

As you can tell from the pictures, there was an attempt to lower the spoiler before the mini got to us. After an hour working on this one, spoiler is lowered and there is no more warning!

😵‍💫 Oil filter housing failure on F-series platforms 💦

This very poorly Clubman with the B38 engine suffered from a huge coolant leak.

The oil filter housing was found to have cracks in multiple places, luckily the was no signs of coolant/oil mixture. 🤞🏼
-
Out with the failed unit, in goes an OEM unit and the car is now holding coolant pressure perfectly. ✅
