We just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to all of our customers for your patience recently.
Over the past few weeks we’ve had a mix of holidays, sickness, and time away supporting customers on rallies, which has unfortunately meant we haven’t been able to provide the level of customer service and response times that we normally pride ourselves on.
Like many small businesses, although our webshop is open 24/7, we are still just a small (but growing!) team of people who all wear many hats and are often working flat out to keep everything in the shop and workshop moving. At busy periods like this, especially when we’re short staffed, things can slip behind a bit more than we’d like.
The good news is we’re back to a full team this week and working hard to catch back up on orders, emails, messages, and support. We do have a few more holidays towards the end of the month, but after that we’ll be back at full strength heading into June.
We genuinely appreciate everyone who continues to support us, whether that’s placing orders, waiting patiently for replies, or seeing us out at events. It means a lot to a small specialist business like ours. Thank you. 🙌
