It's been a little hectic lately, so time to catch up with some of the things we've been up to lately.
Starting with this 2023 Ford Ranger Raptor! In for a bit more power to back it's pretty enormous packaging.
Motorsport Developments LTD MSD460 map file being loaded on with a high flow Air filter, taking this beast from 292ps and 491nm to a modest 460ps and 700nm!!

With just a panel filter! 🤯

What an improvement! RacingLine ECU and TCU software package installed on the Mk8 Golf R with the DQ381 DSG gearbox.
With up to 400PS and 520Nm, the car is completely different!

With ongoing Development, the DQ381 Gen 2 gearboxes in the Mk8 generation can be unlocked and tuned within minutes! No need for Mechatronic units to be changed.

ECU & DSG Tuning Prep! We carried out and engine and transmission oil service on this Mk3 Cupra Leon 300, Genuine filters, Genuine engine oil and Febi Transmission oil for the DQ381 Gearbox.
Recommend service interval for the DSG transmission is 40,000 miles, but with modified cars it can often be better to get it done at more regular intervals.

Another set of Powerflex rear trailing arm bushes installed to replace the original Ford bush that we see failing all the time. Mostly down to age, but increasingly more common on both the Mk2 and Mk3 Focus.
This customer also had a Maxton Design Rear Valance and a Milltek Ultimate 3" cat-back installed with Brushed Titanium exhaust tips! 😍

VW Tiguan R in for RacingLine OEM+ ECU Software and Dynamic TCU calibration. Giving an incredible increase on stage 1, with the Tiguan now sitting at 400Bhp and 520Nm.
But that's not all, the drivability improvements made by the TCU software mean the shifts are smoother and sharper, the power is delivered for longer and it's even more capable of handling the higher torque demand.

Mk4 Focus ST that was in for Genuine brake discs and pads all round. Once again, Ford said that the rear pads needed replacing, but with plenty of life left, it would just be throwing money away!
We fitted a set of Genuine front brake discs and pads for a fraction of the price, now it couold be time for more power... 🤔
