Another familiar face back through the workshop! 👌

Jeremy’s tough VY SS returned to PSI Performance after trusting us with some performance upgrades last year, and this time the focus was all about stance, style and presence.

At Jeremy’s request, we supplied and fitted a complete rear bolt-in airbag suspension kit, featuring a hidden spare wheel well-mounted air management setup and neatly integrated gauges in the centre console for a clean, factory-style finish.

While it was in our hands, we also took care of a few additional repairs and tidy-up items along the way, ensuring everything was finished to the standard we expect and our customers deserve.

The end result? This SS absolutely transforms when it’s aired out, sitting tough on the deck with a stance that turns heads everywhere it goes. 🔥

We genuinely appreciate our returning customers and the trust they continue to place in our team. Looking after our customers long after the first job is completed is what PSI Performance is all about.

Another premium European performance vehicle through the workshop, with Chris’s Mercedes-Benz AMG E63 S visiting PSI Performance for a digital service, preventative maintenance repairs, and a comprehensive health check ahead of its upcoming return for our Stage 2 Performance Package.

We took this monster LS and gave it everything it deserves — topped with a Harrop 2650 that’s force-feeding pure attitude. No corners cut, no “that’ll do” moments… just a full send from start to finish.

Custom Blackwells 6-bolt CNC heads with O-ring sealing, fully ported and dialled — built to handle the boost and then some. Every nut, bolt and clearance checked like it’s going into our own cars. Backed up with a custom clutch setup to hold it all together when it hits hard.

And of course, the boys at AI doing what they do best — making sure there’s more than enough fuel to keep this thing alive when it’s leaning on that blower.

All of it sitting in a HSV GTSR… because why not go all in?

Trust is earned, and it’s something we never take for granted.

Unfortunately, John was hit with some bad news when a valve seat failure caused major engine damage in his VE SS Wagon. When it came time to put things right, he trusted the team at PSI Performance to take care of the job from start to finish.

With the Gen 4 LS V8 out of the car, we stripped it down and carried out a complete recondition from top to tail. The package included new pistons, bearings, full gasket set, comprehensive machining, precision balancing, a camshaft upgrade kit, CNC ported cylinder heads with of course new che valve seats and all the supporting modifications required to make the combination work reliably and efficiently.

We don’t believe in shortcuts. Every engine that leaves our workshop carries our name and reputation with it, so attention to detail is everything. This Gen 4 LS has been built to last and built to perform keeping budget in mind respectfully & the owners use for the vehicle.

The wagon is now back in John’s hands for the bedding-in process before returning to us for a full health check and dyno tune where we’ll dial everything in and make the most of the new combination.

One thing we’ve always stood by at PSI Performance is that we look after the people who look after us. Loyalty goes much further than money ever will. Leroy’s famous VE SS — better known as “The Taxi” — is officially back… and this time it means business. 🔥

After previously coming through for extractors, OTR and a tune, Leroy decided it was time to take things to the next level with a serious bump stick upgrade. Back in the workshop, we carried out the full package with all supporting modifications and repairs completed properly — no shortcuts, no corners cut.

That’s something Leroy stands by, and so do we. We take enormous pride in our workmanship, our standards, and the reputation attached to every car that leaves our workshop. Quality work speaks for itself.

The result? This 6.0L Gen 4 LS-powered VE SS laid down an impressive 448RWHP and absolutely annihilates a set of tyres on command. A tough, well-rounded combo built to perform exactly as it should. 👌

Jayden’s VE SS back on the hubs and sounding absolutely mental after receiving its fresh LSA long motor transplant paired with a VCM 825 camshaft 🔥

After fitting the new clutch kit and completing the clutch running-in procedure, it was time for the final tune and to get everything dialled in properly. While the numbers aren’t enormous right now, it’s important to remember this is a low compression engine combination built with BOOST in mind 👀 The foundation is there, the combo is tough, and once the next stage happens this thing will be a completely different animal.

For now though, it’s driving exactly how it should, sounds tough, and is ready to be enjoyed while the next plans sit on the drawing board for Jayden 💪

We also want to say a massive thank you to Jayden for the support over the years. These are the kinds of customers and relationships we genuinely appreciate — people we continue to work alongside through every stage of the build journey. It goes well beyond just business for us and that’s something we’ll never take for granted 🤝

Jamie’s Mercedes-Benz AMG C43 back in with us at PSI for another round of upgrades 🔥

This time around we fitted a brand new front grill upgrade to sharpen up the front end appearance, installed new blow off valves for that crisp response and sound, along with a fresh set of Weistec intakes — which we’re proud to now officially offer as an Australian distributor 🇦🇺

This C43 is already no stranger to PSI, with us previously carrying out our Stage 2 package including downpipes, transmission tuning, ECU & CPC tuning to completely wake this platform up the right way. The result is a car that not only performs properly but looks and sounds the part too.

At PSI we take extensive care with every vehicle that comes through our workshop. Attention to detail, correct installation procedures, cleanliness, communication and workmanship are what separate a rushed job from a PSI job.

Straight out of Tokyo Drift 🎌🔥

Franks insanely clean 30,000km supercharged Nissan 370Z is the definition of a dream build. The stance, the colour combo, the spec list, the presence… every single detail on this car is absolute perfection. Something you’d expect to see rolling through the streets of Fast & Furious Tokyo Drift itself.

We had the honour of getting this weapon back up to speed after it had previously been left half finished and not completed correctly elsewhere. Frank knew exactly who to call to bring this build back to the standard it deserved.

At PSI Performance we pride ourselves on what we’re known for — communication, workmanship, pride, dedication and delivering quality without cutting corners. This Z now not only looks the part, but performs exactly how it should.

Some builds mean more than horsepower figures. ❤️

Bec brought her VF SS to us with a story that hit home hard. Within just 10 months, she sadly lost both of her parents. Her father was a true car enthusiast, and working on cars together was something they both shared a genuine passion for. With an anniversary approaching, she wanted to turn this recently purchased VF SS LS3 only 3 weeks in her ownership — into something truly special in honour of those memories.

From the moment she spoke to us, there were no questions asked. She simply wanted the job done properly, and trusted us to bring her vision to life. We’re incredibly honoured she chose PSI Performance to be part of something so meaningful.
