Skills required:
• Strong Accurate diagnostic skills, must work well with others, be reliable, able to multitask and work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
• Team player
• Performing quality work every time, and keeping your work area clean is not an option
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• We work as a team and all play a part in keep the shop clean and organized.
• Detail oriented is mandatory.

1. Much higher clamping force
• ARP headstuds are made from much stronger alloy - & can be torqued higher without stretching or yielding.
HUGE for preventing blown head gaskets. 💥
2. More accurate & consistent torque
• Stock head bolts twist as they’re tightened.
Which will make torque readings less accurate. ❌
3. Better load distribution
• Studs engage the block threads full-depth & stay loaded evenly.
• Bolts load & unload threads during tightening.
This gives lesser chance of pulled threads in the block. ☑️
