6.7 powerstroke came in with a crank no start and a fuel leak. Result being a grenaded CP4.
Full “fuel system catastrophe” kit from Ford being installed. Sure these can let go at any time, but quality clean fuel is a must. I always preach frequent fuel filter changes (10k miles or less) and to get fuel at higher volume stations. Not papa Joe’s filling station in the middle of no where where the tanks are full of water, rust, and dirt.
This truck has over 300k miles on it FYI

Got the Custom “turbo back” stainless exhaust buttoned up. I’m happy with how it turned out as well as the other few things we changed on this awesome street car.

Another update on this luxury street car custom exhaust. The tail pipes tacked up. A couple more hangers and it’s ready for final welding.

Miller Speed and Powersports?
Customer brought this 2014 Arctic Cat 500 In for ”runs but won’t go forward or reverse”. Fairly quick diagnosis of the CVT drive belt. New Gates belt installed and back to hitting the trail.

PEM Racing Gears & Drivetrain does it again! With faster then expected turn around to get our customer back to work. Upgraded 5” one piece shaft to eliminate the carrier bearing, after failing multiple times. This shaft also eliminated other NVH from the truck.

Got the ole shop truck on the rollers to verify and tweak some fueling on gate pressure. Went surprisingly very well.

New ATP designs Viking coilovers installed on the 1970 crown vic swapped F100. Set to be lowered about an inch from factory CV height.
