Effective January 6th, 2025 Robinson’s Auto’s labor rate will increase to $110 per hour on all shop labor and diagnostic time. We will continue to include the cost of shop supplies into our hourly rate.
Our policy on vehicles left after completion, unless prior arrangements have been made, customers have 5 calendar days to pay and pickup their vehicle, otherwise a storage fee of $50 per day will incur. After 15 days unpaid vehicles will have a mechanics lien filed.
We do not finance, invoice balance is to be paid upon pickup of vehicle. Jobs over $1000 must have a signed estimate and may be subject to down payment.
The price quoted on an estimate is a cash or check price, there will be a 4% convenience fee on all invoices if paying by card, either over the phone or in person, license #’s will be required for all check purchases.
Unfortunately we do not install customer supplied parts. We charge list price on parts sold through us. That price reflects the time needed to research and order the correct part, insure delivery of the part, check to make sure the part works and maintain the part warranty.
