A friend of mine has decided to stop riding due to health issues, and is selling his 1989 K100RS Special Edition with ABS.
This bike has been impeccably maintained, and is as nice an example that you could hope to find. The bike has 27,550 miles, new tires and battery, service is up to date, and it has no known issues.
It comes with the original four spoke wheels and seat, a BMW tank bag, color matching side cases, as well as a couple of battery chargers and bike covers. It will probably be going on Bring a Trailer soon. Asking $5500

I just picked up this 1973 R60/5 with 3911 miles. It’s been sitting in a garage for more than 20 years. It’s in great shape, with a Pop Dreyer fairing. I think it still has the tires that it came from the factory with. Got it running in about an hour. Time to replace all of the seals!

I have repaired a lot of airhead gearboxes with broken shifter pawl springs. I always replace the $2.75 spring during rebuilds. This is the first time I have found a pawl spring that was cracked but not broken, but it would have soon!
