As I said, Flatland Motorcycle Company and 45" Parts Depot is Veteran owned. Yes, I'm still in the Air Force. I have 3 years or so until I retire. I joined Nov 83 and was stationed at Davis Monthan in Tucson, AZ. I was there thru Desert Storm and Desert Shield. My first weapons system was a C-130 Turbo-prop engine mechanic. I got out in 1994 and joined the Tucson Air National Guard 1996. I swapped from Turbo-prop to F-16 jets. I stayed there until 2000 when I went to The Netherlands to work for the Koninklijke Luchtmacht (Dutch Air Force) where I worked at their Depot building modules and specializing in the 220 core modules. I returned to the Tucson Air National Guard in 2012......yes they took me back......and I'm enjoying every day there training new Airmen and waiting for retirement. This project was built around our new Chopper Forks and was used for advertising Worldwide. The ones on this bike are 12" over stock, we have them up to 20" over!! That's another project in work. It started with a complete 1942 U engine that came from England. The cases, flywheels, rods, and cylinders are original H-D, everything else we sell and for the most part, the parts fit very nicely.
