This 2021 Tesla Model 3 came to Tucson Hybrids after the customer was told they needed a costly Media Control Unit replacement because the navigation system stopped working.

But at Tucson Hybrids, we don’t guess — we TEST. 🔍
After proper diagnostics, we found:

✔ Damaged wiring in the frunk
✔ Faulty GNSS antenna
Once repaired, the navigation worked perfectly again. ✅

This is why proper testing matters. Replacing parts because someone thinks that’s the issue can cost customers unnecessary time and money.

"came through out of town and needed a oil change when looking for location I seen they had 10 years plus of experience. Everything was seamless and very simple I called I made my appointment and they had openings. I had no problem receiving the invoice and confirming. When I got to the location, it was comfortable. The staff were amazing and very professional Aaliyah was very professional and very thorough with the breaking down of the complementary inspection. I’ve Been going to other servicers for a while now and nobody told me why I had an indicator flashing on screen. I guess they looked over the indicator. At Tucson hybrid they ran The computer scanner and let me know exactly what it was. It really brought me peace of mind to know it wasn’t something serious. the price was Not bad if I’m ever in Tucson again, I will definitely use this company."
