CELEBRATING 43 YEARS OF ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE AT MORGAN OLSON!

In 1983, Frank Fabiano joined Morgan Olson as a Designer after graduating from Western Michigan University. Today, 43 years later, he continues to make his mark as our Principal Engineer through his dedication, innovation, and passion for engineering.

Throughout his career, Frank’s name has appeared on multiple company patents, helping advance the quality, durability,
dependability and purpose-built engineering our customers count on.

When asked which patent was his favorite, Frank smiled and replied: “The front spring-back sectional bumper.” This patented innovation earned Morgan Olson its first NTEA "Innovation of the Year" honors—the first such recognition for a JB Poindexter & Co. company.

Today, we’re celebrating Todd Carpenter and 41 years as part of the Morgan Olson legacy!

Todd’s career is a great example of how experience gained across an organization becomes incredibly valuable over time.

He started in Manufacturing, operating the Armada press and making parts for our trucks. His career later took him through Aftermarket Parts and Engineering, where his eye for detail, product knowledge, and costing expertise continued to grow.

Today, Todd brings those 41 years of experience to our Sales team, assisting with costing and planning for highly upfitted ROUTE STAR® step vans and purpose-built work trucks.

A HIGH SCHOOL JOB THAT BECAME A 44-YEAR CAREER

Today, we’re proud to celebrate Ronnie Hahn and an incredible 44-year career as part of the Morgan Olson legacy!

Ronnie’s story began while he was still in high school, working part-time and sweeping floors. After graduation, he was offered a full-time position in the Fab Shop—and what started as a high school job became a remarkable career.

Through hard work, dedication, and a willingness to learn, Ronnie continued to grow with the company. Today, he leads Morgan Olson’s Tooling Department, putting more than four decades of knowledge and experience to work supporting our team and the purpose-built vehicles we build.

Ronnie’s journey is a great reminder that some of the most important careers begin with a simple opportunity—and grow through the commitment of the person who takes it.

Ronnie, congratulations on 44 remarkable years, and thank you for everything you continue to bring to Morgan Olson and your fellow team members every day!
