• Mid 90’s or newer (2000+ preferred, but we will consider 90’s homes)
• Must be movable and allowed to leave the park
• Clear and transferable title
• No condemned homes
• No fire or smoke damage
• No heavy junk or major rehab

14x66 – 2 bed / 2 bath
(Smaller homes considered if they meet our standards)
