This may explain some of the front end damage on our ‘64 Ford Galaxie 500XL that’s had been parked in Montana since the mid-80’s. Still has deer hair stuck in the inner headlight retainer. Wonder if they made some jerky out of it?

Not quite a FullSizeFord but equally impressive, we were able to catch the UP BigBoy 4014 pulling out of Greeley, Colorado a couple weeks ago. Built in the early ‘40’s mainly for the war effort, this massive locomotive was retired in 1961 with over a million miles on it. BigBoy 4014 underwent a full 5-year restoration after being repurchased by Union Pacific in 2013 from a museum in California. 4014 is the only operational Bigboy left in the country. There are 7 others on static display in museums of the original 25 that were built. Greeley, Co was the last stop before returning home to Cheyenne, WY after traveling to the east coast for the America 250 tour. ‘Merica!
