Well guys, the time has come, we will be having a garage sale at LPSFAB.com in the coming weeks with closeout pricing on many of our products. Eliminating these products that don’t sell well will free up our resources to support and add to the ones that do and invest in some new exciting projects. This streamlining of our product line combined with more focus on manufacturing for other industries will help propel us into the future and keep us viable during these tough times. This is a stupid simple part but it represents a milestone for us! You see I bought this horizontal for what I thought was a crazy good deal at the time, I bought it sight unseen from across the country, but once it landed we discovered first hand what absolute machine neglect looks like! The spindle was toast, one pallet hadn't been used in years ( we figured out why later) the way curtains were toast, the machine had only run brass its whole life and had never been cleaned, the coolant pumps were so clogged with corrosion that they would only dribble... Basically it was a total basket case, but we are a very small company that can't afford to lose on a purchase like this so we went to work! We got everything fixed, we got everything leveled, we got pallet 2 dialed back in square, and after building these trick tombstones as of yesterday it is running it's first parts!

Moral of the story? Don't buy a POS machine, but if you do just persevere and overcome as with anything in business!

We are looking for work for this machine, it is perfect for large production on smaller parts, we have the pallets setup to be first op on pallet 1 and second op on pallet 2 completing 12 parts every push of the green button. So large production is where it shines!
