If you own or know someone who owns a 2010 or newer dodge journey!!!! The rear differential casing where the pumpkin meets the rest of the differential does not come with a gasket. They are manufactured to fail!!!! Call or shoot us a message to get your differential serviced today!!! Only $300 and we will buy the gear oil and the gasket sheet and custom cut a gasket for something that should already have one!!!! 509-862-2681 is the number. It's always a sad day when there's a policy change, but from now on, if work is same day, diagnostic fees will no longer be waived. Lost out on $400+ because we waived the diag fee and customer drove off to "get parts" and never returned. Our time here at INWMS is just as important as our customers time.

Hey all! It's been a while! How's your summer going? Is your vehicle doing ok? If not, send us a message to get your vehicle serviced. On a more serious note, with the heat and gas prices, ALL customers, new or repeat, will HAVE TO PRE-PAY BEFORE YOUR VEHICLE GETS SERVICED. Too many people have flaked out while our technicians are half way to their job site and that is not only unacceptable, it is not fair to those of us who go out into this heat to work on your vehicle. We here at KMS are sorry if this causes you any inconvenience, you can blame the guy before you. Have a good summer all!!!!
