From $89 we will completely flush out your frame, suspension, floor pans, cross members, rockers, cab corners and MORE from salts and chemicals. Salt cannot be made chemically neutral. However it can be rendered harmless so that it cannot cause any corrosion. Thus the more layman's term of "neutralized". Neutralized in the aspect that it can no longer cause any damage. This is done by adding chelating agents, and the process of chelation. Chelation effectively stops rust by chemically "grabbing" iron ions from rust (iron oxide), converting them into a water-soluble complex that can be rinsed away.
