Please don't be this person. A sad fact that everyone should realize is that Vehicles begin to rust and corrode while they're still on the factory floor. If I tried to recall every vehicle that I have undercoated and rustproofed that had less than 200 miles on the odometer and had surface rust already formed on the driveshafts, power steering pumps(especially), and other components, I'd be doing it all day long. Corrosion tens to hide out of sight and out of mind until start to see the bubbling, which is a clear indicator of a much larger, hidden corrosion issue. We live in the Rust Belt folks, getting your vehicle treated for corrosion is a no-brainer that ought to come as second nature to car buyers living here. I AM FUMING. I took my car in for a simple oil change yesterday at the dealership and I get it back looking like this! The stupid mechanic tried to tell me it is long term rust from road salt and that the metal is rotting away. Rotting?! My car was perfectly fine when I dropped it off! They clearly spilled some kind of crazy acid chemical on it and are trying to cover up their gross incompetence. I am calling my lawyer and suing them for property damage because I know for a fact this happened in their garage while they had it. Am I overreacting for demanding they buy me a brand new vehicle to replace this ruined one??

Shout out to BJ Hunhoff of AB Custom Construction LLC for dropping off his brand-new 2026 Ram 2500HD Bighorn Longbox to get meticulously rustproofed and thoroughly undercoated with Woolwax Auto Undercoating. BJ wanted to get this new addition to his fleet protected as soon as he could, as this workhorse had only 416 mi on the odometer. Unfortunately, even being "Fresh Off The Factory Floor", these new model-year vehicles already come with surface rust pre-installed, which is primarily hiding behind all the freshly painted welds throughout the frame rails, steering rods, and suspension components. We start off by using a road salt neutralizer to eliminate all salt and brine deposits that cloud most of this trucks underbody. Then, after a quick wire-wheeling of the compromised painted areas, we apply Permatex Rust Treatment to convert those rusty spots to black magnetite. Once the conversion is complete, Woolwax is applied to all ferrous and non-ferrous metals from every angle and inside every nook. Shout out to Heather Rios for making it in during a wicked snowstorm to get her 2023 Ford Mustang rustproofed and undercoated with Woolwax Auto Undercoating. We were able to take our time with this beast since Heather had to get home ASAP and the roads proved too hazardous to attempt in a rear-wheeled vehicle. We gave her a ride home with the assurance that her Mustang was completely safe and secure overnight and would receive the best care. After we treated the underbody and rustproofed all the nooks n' crannies, we made a few minor repairs on pre-existing issues and replaced a few missing body plugs. When the roads were finally safe to drive on the next morning , Heather had her rumbling rod delivered to her home free of charge. I would like to thank everyone who's been booking and getting their vehicles protected recently. We have been so busy, I haven't been able to take photos of most of the vehicles in the last couple weeks. Getting the vehicles treated correctly and getting everybody taken care of in a timely fashion takes precedence over advertising. Not to worry though, more proof in the pudding will be posted soon!
